Associate Mark Kelnhofer is president and CEO of Return On Ingredients®, the innovative restaurant management software that increases operational efficiency and reduces costs by 3-5% using a cost accounting approach. He is also founding president of the Restaurant Institute, which provides restaurant cost accounting consulting and operational materials.
He is an Adjunct Faculty member of Ohio Dominican University He spent 22 years in managerial cost accounting refining his methods including nine years in restaurant cost management. When these two areas of expertise were combined, his one-of-a-kind methodology was born.
